Four guests will comfortably enjoy our house; however, we do have additionally beds in the loft.

The house is yours to come and go as you please for 28 nights. You can take day or weekend trips. You can even go home for a week and come back if you'd like.

There is an upstairs loft with a queen and two twin beds. The steps up to the loft are not suitable for elderly or young children. The ceiling is about 5.5 ft high.

Yes, the pool is private with a waterfall and heat for months like January and offers chilled water for the summer months. Our pool guy maintains the pool every Friday.

Our house offers a close location to Truman Ave and Duval Street. With that, you experience a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks off Truman and one block off White Street,  but only a five minute bike ride to Duval Street.

The minimum night stay is 28 nights. You can determine how you want to use those 28 nights as far as coming and going. Our monthly rate is more affordable than most comparable properties' two-week rate.
